You can connect your device to your computer and import photos to your PC using Windows Photo Gallery.
- Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your PC. To import photos to your PC, you need iTunes 12.5.1 or later.
- Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your PC with a USB cable.
- You may need to unlock your iOS device using a password.
- You may also be prompted for an iOS device requesting to trust this computer. Press Trust or Allow to continue.

When importing video from an iOS device to a PC, some may have been rotated incorrectly in Windows Photo Gallery. You can add this video to iTunes to play it in the right direction.
