How to create a contact for voice mail?
- Apple iPhone on the home screen, press Contacts.
- On the All Contacts screen, press the plus sign (+).
- On the New Contact screen, tap First Last.
- In the Name Edit screen, in the First box, type the name that will be used to contact, for example, "Outlook Voice Access" or "Voice Mail" and press Save.
- On the New Contact screen, tap Add New Phone.
- On the Edit Phone screen, in the Phone box, type the Outlook Voice Access number contained in Voice Mail Account Information on the Voice Mail tab, and press Save.

The iPhone features a voice message known as visual voicemail. This feature allows you to view a list of messages on your phone and choose to listen to the message. To retrieve or access your voicemail. You can change your voicemail number 9-digit number that is assigned to the default iPhone.
Please follow these steps:
- Unlock your iPhone by pressing the "Power" button on the top of the iPhone.
- Press the icon "Phone" on your iPhone. It is a green icon with a telephone headset picture on it.
- Press "Keypad" under the Phone menu.
- Enter the following code: ". * 5005 * 86 * 123456789 #" You can replace "123456789" with a 9-digit number you want to assign to your voicemail.
- Press the "Call" your iPhone.
- Call the 9-digit number that you assigned to voicemail and press "Call" to make sure you have actually given a voice mail number. Your iPhone will display the "Voicemail" when dialing.
