Reset Bose SoundLink Wireless Mobile Speaker
To reset the Bose SoundLink Speaker:
- The speakers, press and hold the Mute button for 10-12 seconds or until the LED indicators flash.
- The speaker now must be turned off, now press the Power button to turn on the back speaker Bose SoundLink.
- Now, you try to connect a Bluetooth device to the Bose SoundLink Wireless Speaker.

The steps I described above is included in the user's manual for the product. However, the steps are located under the tips for the poor audio quality.
If you have tried the steps above, and the Bluetooth device that you have still not able to connect to Bose SoundLink speaker, you may need to remove the Bluetooth pairing settings for Bose SoundLink speaker beforehand on the device. if you can not get the speakers to pair with the iPhone, you need to delete the entry partner on the iPhone and then install the speakers for the iPhone.
If only the battery indicator Bose SoundLink Wireless Mobile Speaker you are flashing red, this could mean the battery has a power of less than 20%, or speaker batteries in battery mode protection and requires charging immediately.
Bose Speaker Soundlink will go into protection mode Battery after 24 days, if the unit is not used or charged over a period of time.
To resolve the above problem is to connect the Bose SoundLink speaker AC Adapter for at least 4 hours continuous charging before you try to use the speakers.
However happens in some cases, the battery in your SoundLink may be damaged or have reached the end of its useful life and will need replacing. If you have tried the above tips several times, you may need to contact Technical Support Bose for additional support.
